Attorney Biography:

Mike was born and raised in the city of Houston. He attended Bellaire High School and played baseball. He graduated with a degree in Business Management from St. Edwards University before attending law school at St. Mary's University School of Law.

While in law school, Mike clerked for the Honorable Edward C. Prado of the United States Court of Appeals, Fifth Circuit. Additionally, he served as a staff writer and associate editor for the St. Mary's Law Journal. He graduated number 10 in his law school class and was inducted into the John M. Harlan Society for academic achievement.

Mike devotes the majority of his practice to consumer issues, including consumer Bankruptcy, Fair Debt Collection abuses, and Deceptive Trade Practices. He is currently a member of the Houston Association of Debtors Attorneys, the National Association of Consumer Advocates, and the National Association of Consumer Bankruptcy Attorneys.
